Not choosing from ready-made — creating your own

A built-in hallway wardrobe fills the opening from floor to ceiling and from wall to wall, leaving no gaps. The walls replace part of the carcass, so the design is more spacious and the furniture blends into the interior.

We make built-in wardrobes to order in custom sizes: sliding-door and hinged, with an open section, seat and lighting. The models below show the style and finish — any can be adapted to your space, including complex angles and bulkheads.

Built-in wardrobe options

If the entryway has a niche, a built-in sliding wardrobe uses it fully. Unlike a carcass unit, it may have no base, top or side panels: sliding doors are fitted directly into the opening, while shelves and rails are fixed to the walls.

The leaves run on tracks and do not obstruct the passage — important for a narrow corridor.

In classic, modern or neoclassical interiors, a floor-to-ceiling wardrobe with hinged doors is often required. It serves the same purpose, but has a base, top and sides, while gaps to the ceiling are closed with trims in the front colour.

Fronts in the colour and texture of the finish dissolve the wardrobe into the space — a technique that has been trending for years. Smooth handleless doors open with a push, while long black handles create a focal point instead.

An open zone with hooks, coat rails, a shelf and a seat: belongings are on display and stay fresh, with no damp or odours.

A mirrored door leaf makes the entryway brighter and more spacious, helps you get ready before leaving and protects belongings from dust. We make contour or in-shelf lighting in warm or neutral tones.

Built-in entryway wardrobe: features and choices

  • Saves material — part of the carcass is replaced by walls, so it usually costs less than freestanding furniture of the same dimensions.
  • Spacious — every centimetre of the opening is used for storage.
  • Blends into the interior — the setting looks lighter and tidier.
  • Suits complex geometry — uneven corners, projections and multi-level ceilings.

Built-in furniture brings order to both small and large entryways. For a narrow corridor, choose sliding-door wardrobes; for a spacious hall, hinged doors or combined systems: closed sections, open shelves, drawers. A built-in walk-in closet is a separate option if a whole room can be dedicated to storage.

Materials, colours and cost of built-in furniture

We take width, height and depth during designer consultation; there is no upper limit. The cost depends on sizes, fronts, configuration and hardware: chipboard is the most accessible economy option; veneer and enamel are more expensive. We paint enamel in any RAL or NCS colour. Fronts are matte or gloss, white, beige, grey, brown, black or natural wood effect; the style ranges from modern minimalism to Provence, classic with routed detailing or contemporary smooth doors, matte or gloss.

We are the manufacturer, so we control the quality of every piece ourselves. To match the wardrobe, we make cabinets and chests of drawers in the same colour — a coordinated entryway furniture set from one collection.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about custom furniture

Can't find an answer? Call us or send an enquiry — a designer will reply during business hours.

How does a built-in wardrobe differ from a freestanding wardrobe?

A built-in wardrobe has no part of the carcass — no sides, and sometimes no base or top: walls replace them. It fills the space from floor to ceiling without gaps, holds more and costs less than a freestanding model of the same dimensions.

Can you make a built-in wardrobe with hinged doors?

Yes. In that case we add a base, top and sides to the wardrobe, and close the gaps with trims. For a narrow entryway, sliding doors are more convenient — they do not open into the passage.

Is modern built-in furniture suitable for an irregular-shaped opening?

Yes, a built-in wardrobe is precisely what custom furniture is for: we account for uneven corners, projections, ducts and varying ceiling heights. We take all dimensions precisely during designer consultation.

Which depth should I choose?

Clothes on hangers usually need a deeper section, while shoes and small items are served well by shallower shelves with drawers. We set the depth so that there is still room to pass.

Can I order based on our design project?

Yes, simply send a project or a hand-drawn sketch with dimensions — we will redraw it in our software and prepare a quote. Before production, we will show a 3D model, then drawings for approval.

How can I book a designer consultation and what does designer consultation cost?

Request a quote and share your address — our team will arrange a designer consultation. The sketch is included with the designer consultation.

What are the lead times and how do I buy?

Chipboard — from 3 weeks, urgent — from 2 weeks, with enamel or veneer fronts — about 2 months. 70% deposit, 30% balance one week before completion; no further payment is due after assembly.

Can I get a consultation before ordering?

Yes, describe your project and preferences — our team will immediately advise on the right furniture and pricing, and send examples and terms. Enquiries are accepted around the clock; we respond during daytime hours.
