Glass cabinets

To display china, books or a collection while protecting them from dust. At home, such a cabinet is usually placed in the living room or dining room — as a display cabinet or buffet — while in a study it becomes a home library.

Clear, fluted or tinted. Glass is set into an MDF frame, an enamelled front or a slim black profile, with or without glazing bars.

Straight and corner models, with hinged or sliding doors, floor-to-ceiling or on legs. There are fully glazed display cabinets and models with a solid lower section, where items not meant for display are kept behind doors or in drawers.

Yes, glazing is not always only at the front: the Calambrata model has glass sides and shelves, while Barmini has glass on three sides in a metal frame. Such display cabinets look especially good where light falls on them.

The carcass is chipboard or MDF made from E1-class materials, finished in enamel, veneer or wood-effect decor. Back panels can be finished in wood or stone effect to make china and books stand out more.

Black and graphite carcasses, white enamel, as well as warm shades — beige, brown, wood effect. Contemporary and classic options are equally available; we match the colour to the floor and other furniture.

Bronze-effect knobs, recessed brass handles, ring pulls or metal pulls; lower fronts can be handle-free. We coordinate handle shape and metal finish with the fronts.

Any size to suit your wall: height, depth and width are set by the project. Depth is chosen according to what will stand inside: shallow shelves are enough for books, while dinner services and platters need more space.

Glass or wooden shelves with edge lighting or spotlights, with soft-close drawers or solid doors below. We configure the storage layout around what you plan to place on the shelves.

Yes, any model in the collection can be ordered as shown or adapted in size, glass and colour. There is no ready-made stock: every cabinet is made to order in our own factory.

The cost depends on dimensions, type of glass, carcass finish and internal layout; the team will provide an exact quote after the designer consultation.

During the designer consultation, the designer takes the room dimensions and shows the cabinet in 3D; after the sketch is approved, production takes from 3 weeks (with enamel or veneer fronts — about 2 months).

Furniture warranty — 2 years; Blum hardware — 25 years. Hardware — hinges, soft-close mechanisms and handles — is not covered by the furniture warranty.
