A custom document cabinet is office furniture designed around your folders, archive and equipment: closed sections, open shelves for binders, niches for a printer and work surfaces. The section includes built-in systems, hinged and book cabinets, and shelving for an executive office, an office and a home study. This is office furniture made to individual dimensions: we select fronts and internal layout to suit the space and requirements.
13 items in the section. We can adapt any to your dimensions, fronts and interior layout.

First, count how many folders and boxes you need to store and what should be within reach every day. Frequently used items go on open shelves at arm’s height, archives behind doors, and small items in drawers. If you are choosing a cabinet for a shared office, it is better to have separate sections for each employee. The designer will show the layout options in 3D.
Full-wall built-in systems, two-door and hinged cabinets with solid or glass doors, tall closed sections, library-style bookcases and open shelving units. Straight and corner options can be combined with a work area and worktop.
Yes, the section includes models with a niche for a printer and office equipment, an integrated worktop, an open shelf with a socket and lighting for the work area. It is a convenient solution: the cabinet and desk become one system of functional zones and save space.
Chipboard, MDF — painted, milled or fluted, enamel, natural wood veneer, glass in a profile. The carcass is made from E1-class materials, and the back panels of niches can be finished in wood effect. Glass in a profile is available for upper sections. Matte fronts are easy to care for, and edge quality is especially important: shelf ends are visible.
Grey and graphite matte fronts, a black carcass, oak- and dark-walnut-effect décors, light veneer. Contemporary stylish combinations look good: dark fronts with open wood-effect niches; we match shades to the floor and desks.
Shelves for lever-arch files and books, drawers with soft-close mechanisms for papers and stationery, closed sections for archives, niches for office equipment, shelf lighting. Small items go in drawers; we select all internal storage elements for documents according to the purpose of each section.
Any size: height, depth and width are set to suit the room and document formats, with particular attention to shelf depth. Folders require shelves of a certain depth, archive boxes need a deep cabinet, and low cabinets fit under a window.
Yes, we make cabinets for executive offices, meeting rooms and employee workstations, and work with corporate clients by bank transfer. For businesses, it is important to agree timelines and budget in advance — we set this out in the contract.
Yes, a document cabinet can be made for an apartment or house: a built-in system with a workspace or a bookcase with closed sections. This option keeps papers organised and makes working from home more comfortable.
Yes, any model can be ordered as shown in the photo or adapted to different dimensions and requirements. We do not keep ready-made furniture in stock — custom furniture is produced in our own in-house workshop: every piece is made at our factory.
The price depends on dimensions, materials, number of sections and internal layout, and is calculated per project. The team will provide the exact quote after designer consultation.
Yes, we offer clean handleless fronts, a Scandinavian style with light wood veneer, or a modern look with dark fronts and lighting. During the consultation, the designer will explain the materials, take into account the client's preferences for colour and details, suggest ideas, and we show the 3D visualisation before production starts.
Production takes from 3 weeks (with enamel or veneer fronts — about 2 months) after the design is approved. Payment is staged: 20% for documentation, 50% at launch, 30% on completion; we accept cash and bank transfer.
A transparent process with no surprises: you approve the design and price before we start production.
We discuss your requirements and arrange a designer consultation if needed.
