Not choosing from ready-made — creating your own

A living room wardrobe is not only a storage system but also the main piece of furniture in the room: a wall unit with cabinets and shelves, a full-wall bookcase, a display cabinet for tableware or a design with space for a TV. As a manufacturer, we make them to order to the dimensions of your living room and in a finish that suits the interior.

You can buy a wardrobe from the catalogue in your size and with a different number of shelves, drawers and sections: straight along the wall or large, spanning the full length of the room.

What it consists of

Wall unit, bookcase or display cabinet

Tall cabinet columns on the sides, a long floor-standing sideboard with drawers below, shelves or top storage above and a TV space in the centre. This furniture covers the whole wall and holds a great deal.

Shelves from the sideboard to the ceiling for books, art and decor — a home library in the living room. The lower tier is usually closed, for items that should not be on display.

Glass sections for dishes and collections, in a dark metal frame, with shelf lighting.

Matte or glossy handleless surfaces, walnut veneer with fine seams, enamel in grey, olive or navy, panelled doors with brass handles, a combined option — wood and colour.

How to choose a living room wardrobe

Start with the length of the wall and the shape of the room. In a small living room, a wardrobe with light or mirrored doors fits beautifully — it visually expands the space. In a spacious living room, a full-wall unit with a TV niche, bookshelves and sideboards is appropriate. Glass adds lightness to dark furniture.

What to store

In the living room, a wardrobe often works as additional closet space: closed sections hold clothes, bedding and boxes; drawers and sideboard drawers hold documents and small items; open shelves hold books and decor. This creates a dedicated zone for every purpose. If you specifically need a sliding-door wardrobe, we can make that too — the doors won't take up space in front of the wardrobe.

Style and colour

Smooth matte doors suit contemporary interiors and modern style; panelled doors and brass suit classic and Provençal; metal and dark wood suit loft; white and light wood suit Scandinavian. White with black handles, grey-beige, blue, walnut veneer — we choose the shade to suit the room. Chests of drawers, shelving units and sideboards in the same finish can be added to the set.

Questions and answers

Frequently asked questions about custom furniture

Can't find an answer? Call us or send an enquiry — a designer will reply during business hours.

Which wardrobe is best for a small living room?

White, gloss or with a mirror, shallow, floor-to-ceiling — it holds more and does not clutter the room. Some sections can be left open, like shelving.

Can a wall unit be made with space for a TV?

Yes. We build the niche and media shelf dimensions into the sketch around your TV.

How much does a living room wardrobe cost?

Pricing depends on dimensions, finish and internal layout. Each model is quoted individually. The price is fixed once the sketch is approved, and the wardrobe can be purchased under contract.

Are there budget-friendly living room wardrobe options?

Yes, there is an economy option: chipboard is the most affordable material, and film costs less than painting. The team will suggest where to save without compromising the look.

What materials do you use?

Chipboard, MDF, veneer, glass, metal frame. Chipboard and MDF are certified.

How long does a wall unit take to make?

Chipboard models take from 3 weeks; with painted fronts or veneer, around 2 months. We count the lead time from sketch approval.
