Finish: light veneer, five tall narrow sections, slim shelves on uprights, full height · Made to your sketch.
The shelving frame is assembled from vertical panels and uprights, with open shelves, niches and closed drawers between them. The back panel can be solid, dark or have a slatted texture. Models can be straight, corner, end-of-run, floor-standing or wall-mounted; a tall floor-to-ceiling shelving unit is fixed to the wall for stability.
The section features natural oak and walnut veneer in light or dark tones. Wood-textured surfaces; enamel in any RAL/NCS colour; chipboard is the most accessible option; film is more affordable than painting. Chipboard and MDF are certified. Shelves can be wooden or slim metal, and display cabinets can have glass in a black frame.
Oak and walnut veneer preserves the natural wood grain: light tones suit Scandinavian style, while dark tones suit modern and classic interiors. If you need a colour, we finish the carcass and fronts with RAL/NCS enamel: from ivory, beige and grey to brown, blue, green or red. For children's rooms, blue, pink or yellow are often chosen; for Provence and country styles, light matte shades; for a strict interior, black.
We use Blum and Salice hinges, runners and soft-close mechanisms, and push-to-open opening mechanisms — drawers without handles. Lighting is warm or neutral: LED strip under each shelf or spotlights in the niches.
Shelves, pull-out drawers, closed fronts at the bottom, niches for paintings and frames, display cabinets for collections. We determine the number of shelves, their spacing and depth on the sketch to suit your books, equipment and decorative objects.
Wooden shelving is versatile furniture for storing a variety of items: books, documents, collections and decorative objects. Unlike standard sets and kits, we design every shelving unit for a specific wall, niche or corner: from a compact shelving unit to a composition spanning an entire wall.
The section offers a range of solutions: a grid of identical compartments, sections of different widths with dark inserts, panels of different heights with hidden niches, and a combined shelving unit with open shelves above and wide drawers below. Classic, clean lines suit a study; light veneer suits a Scandinavian interior; dark veneer suits a modern one. Each piece is exclusive: even when recreating a model from this section, we adapt the dimensions and internal layout to your interior.
Wooden shelving along a long wall can become the focal point of a living room or a calm storage system in a hallway or kids' room. Open shelves make the structure visually lighter, while closed fronts conceal anything that should not be on display. Warm lighting highlights the grain of the wood, which is especially important at home in the evening. In a kids' room, it is practical to keep the lower tier low with open shelves: this height works well for children, with books and toys within view and other items stored higher. Open illuminated niches are ideal for houseplants and decorative objects, while a shelving partition is a good way to divide a room without a solid wall. A bookcase suits a home library, display cabinets at the edges of the shelving suit a collection, a shelving unit with drawers for documents and magazines suits an office, and shelves for textbooks suit a schoolchild.
Our production is in-house: this is custom-made cabinet furniture, not ready-made stock. We produce furniture elements — panels, shelves, doors and decorative inserts — to your sketch, so the piece fits exactly the space chosen for it. Panel quality is certified, and the hardware is by Blum and Salice. Pricing, lead times and order terms are covered in the answers below.
